Cedenyo Pratt
Managing Director
Cedenyo Pratt’s extensive experience as a versatile engineer and project manager makes him an invaluable member of the IPM family and a mentor to our production team. In addition to his invaluable experience from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works in Los Angeles, California and several landmark construction projects in The Bahamas, Cedenyo has studied the design of marinas, ports and coastal systems extensively as a passion project. He earned his civil engineering degree from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and is licensed as a Professional Civil Engineer in California, Florida, and The Bahamas.
Nick Dean
Principal
Nick Dean is a qualified civil and structural engineer with over 25 years of experience in the engineering, project management and construction fields. He has designed and managed a wide range of high-profile projects including exclusive resorts, public infrastructure and luxury private residences, developing a broad network of world-renowned, specialized industry professionals. Nick holds an undergraduate degree in applied sciences from Acadia University and in civil engineering from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
Andrew Fry
Director of Cost Management
Andrew Fry is a seasoned and qualified quantity surveyor with extensive knowledge in hospitality developments, private resorts, luxury home construction, and major infrastructure projects. With over three decades of experience in cost estimating, project management, and development management, Andrew has worked on projects throughout the United Kingdom, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and North America. He has completed a considerable number of projects throughout the Bahamian Islands with a special focus in managing developments on remote islands and cays.
Andrew completed his professional surveying qualifications at Newcastle Polytechnic and the College of Estate Management in England.
